    This privacy policy informs you about the data processing in connection with the use of our website www.raumfabrik-durlach.de.


    I. Definitions / Responsible Person

    1. “Personal data” according to Art. 4 No. 1 GDPR is all data that can be personally related to you, e.g. name, address, email addresses, user behavior.

    1. Data processing for the secure operation of the website

    1. Contact form

    When you contact us via a contact form, the data you provide (your email address, your name, and your telephone number, if applicable) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. We will delete the data collected in this context once storage is no longer required, or restrict processing if statutory retention periods apply.

    If you send us your personal data using the contact form or by email, we will process the data to answer your inquiry on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if the inquiry has a contractual or pre-contractual reference. We process other inquiries on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest). In addition, business correspondence is stored on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR in conjunction with Section 257 of the German Commercial Code (HGB).

    1. Data processing based on your consent

    If you have given us your consent to process your personal data, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR is the legal basis for our processing of your personal data.

    1. Cookies

    When you visit our website, cookies are stored on your device. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard drive and associated with the browser you use. They allow certain information to be sent to the location that placed the cookies. Cookies cannot run programs or transmit viruses to your computer.     1. Tenant login / room booking

    Tenants have the option of booking rooms using the access data provided to them under “Tenant Login.” When you book a room, we save your request, which includes the room request, the desired date, and billing information (invoice recipient, company, first name, last name, address, house number, postal code, city, email, telephone, and free text) for the purpose of checking availability and establishing or executing the corresponding contract. We delete the data collected in this context once storage is no longer required, or restrict processing if statutory retention periods apply.

    If you provide us with your personal data in connection with the use of the room booking function, we will process the data to respond to your inquiry on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. In addition, the contract data will be stored on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (c) in conjunction with Section 257 of the German Commercial Code (HGB).

    1. Google Maps

    In the section Address & Directions, we integrate Google Maps with your consent. Google Maps is a service of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountainview, California 94043, USA. If you have consented to the integration of Google Maps via the corresponding banner at the beginning of your use of our website, our address will be displayed on a Google Maps map. For this purpose, a connection to the servers of Google LLC is established. According to the European Court of Justice, the processing of data by US companies does not guarantee the standards that apply within the EU.
